Try any class for free the first time.

 After the 1st time free, each Pound Class Session will be by donation. Which will go towards our Media / TV Department.

Pound Class:

  • 5:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • This hour class is a combination of strength & cardio training with Trainer Darla Lackey.
  • Need pound sticks.


  • At different times of the year boot camps may be offered to turn up the notch in your work out route. Boot camps are offered to Crosby Church Fitness Center Members at a discounted price. Check back here for information on the next boot camp.
